Policies
Shipping
Shipping is priced by weight: every shirt or hat adds weight, so each extra one adds a little to shipping. There is no free-shipping threshold. Every order is made to order and pressed by hand. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. When yours ships, you get an email with the USPS tracking number.

We ship to US addresses only, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an address error, we’ll reship it once you cover the new postage.
If we can’t ship your order within the time above, we’ll email you with a new date and you can cancel for a full refund.
Package marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbors and your post office, then email us within 7 days and we’ll help sort it out with USPS.
Exchanges
Because everything is made for you, we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We do offer exchanges for a different size.
Email supportvaliduscanis@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We’ll reply with where to send it.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost to you, or refund you if a replacement isn’t possible.
Cancellations
Need to change a size or cancel? Email us within 24 hours of ordering. If pressing hasn’t started we’ll change it or refund you in full. Once your order is pressed it can’t be canceled.
Sales tax
Validus Canis is based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Every order is charged New Mexico gross receipts tax at 8.39%, no matter where it ships. Tax is calculated on your items and shipping, and it shows in your cart before you pay.
Privacy
We collect only what it takes to fill your order: your name, email, phone and shipping address. Payments are processed by Square. Your card details never touch this website and are never stored by us. We don’t sell your information.
If you sign up for drop alerts, your email is used only to tell you about new releases. Reply to any email to unsubscribe.
Terms
By placing an order you agree to these policies. Items are custom made to order, so colors and print placement can vary slightly from photos. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; you pay the price shown at checkout. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item can’t be made.
All designs, photos and the Validus Canis name and logo belong to Validus Canis. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.
