To add a shirt, change a price, or hide something, edit it in the Square app (Items) on your phone. The website picks up the change within a couple of minutes. Nothing to edit here.

Limited drop (like 5 or 10 hats): in Square, open the item, turn on Track stock and enter how many you have. The store shows “Only 5 left,” stops selling at zero, and counts down by itself as people buy. Leave stock tracking off for made-to-order items.

What customers pay for shipping. Each shirt adds weight, so each one after the first adds the “extra” amount. Any order with a hat ships in a hat box and uses the hat rates; shirts in the same box add the shirt “extra” amount. Change a number and press Save rates. The store and checkout use the new rates within about two minutes. Stickers ride free when the order has a shirt or hat. There is no free shipping.
